In home personal training
Our in home personal training includes all of the benefits and scientific professional fitness training without the need to rearrange your schedule to get to the gym.
Our in home personal training programs require adequate space to administer. Once you have a designated workout area your all set. We will arrive with all of the necessary equipment to help you achieve your peak fitness potential.

Do you already have home based equipment? Perfect, we can teach you how to independently exercise at home on your off days.
A leg press machine won’t fit in a suitcase
The only limitation to a fitness program at home is the lack of heavy strength training exercise equipment. After all a leg press machine doesn't fit in a suitcase.
With that in mind we can create substitutes to simulate heavy strength training movements if they don’t have the appropriated exercise & fitness equipment at their home.
Of course if our clients are wishing to purchase home based exercise equipment we are always happy to work as consultants to help them find just the right fitness equipment to fit their specific needs.

At Phoenix Ignition Fitness we want our prospective clients to feel safe with their in home personal trainer so before we meet we will provide you with the following.

- A copy of their driver’s license
By providing you with your personal trainer’s information can perform any background research on them that you choose.
At Phoenix Ignition Fitness it is important to us that you feel safe and comfortable so that your focus is entirely on your fitness goals.
Personal fitness consultation
Once you are satisfied with the information that you gather about your personal fitness trainer, we begin your fitness program at home with a consultation to discuss your needs and goals, current fitness levels, injuries, limitations, and potential schedule conflicts.
After the consultation we then administer a fitness evaluation to examine the troubled areas that we covered during the consultation. Once we have established those areas and we have agreed on a day and time that will fit into your schedule, your in home trail training sessions will begin.
